By accessing, browsing, or shopping on Abishaa.com (the "Website"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms of Use" or "Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Website. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Website or services.
1. Eligibility
Use of the Website is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Persons who are "incompetent to contract" within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872, including un-discharged insolvents, are not eligible to use the Website.

4. Products, Pricing, and Availability
Product Information: We strive to ensure that product descriptions (electric irons, fans, immersion heaters, etc.) are as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free.
Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR/₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (such as GST) unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Maximum Retail Price (MRP): All products will display the MRP in compliance with the Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice.
5. Payments and Billing
We offer secure payment gateways for processing transactions. You may pay using Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, Wallets, or Cash on Delivery (if applicable).
By making a payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.
Abishaa reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if a pricing error occurs or fraud is suspected.
6. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Customer: You can cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Upon successful cancellation, a full refund will be initiated to the original payment method.
Cancellation by Abishaa: We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, non-availability of the product, inaccuracies in pricing information, or issues identified by our fraud-prevention department.
7. Shipping and Delivery
We deliver across India. Estimated delivery timelines will be provided at checkout.
While we make every effort to deliver within the estimated time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, pandemic lockdowns). Abishaa will not be liable for such delays.
8. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds
In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, we offer a transparent return and refund policy.
Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery if they are defective, damaged in transit, or missing parts.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all tags, manuals, and accessories.
Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment source within 5-7 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
9. Warranty on Appliances
Most electrical appliances and kitchenware sold on Abishaa.com carry a standard manufacturer’s warranty. Abishaa is a retailer platform, and all warranty claims after the return window must be directed to the respective manufacturer's authorized service centers using the provided invoice and warranty card.
10. Intellectual Property Rights
All content included on the Website, such as text, graphics, logos, images, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Abishaa or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not extract or utilize parts of the contents of the Website without our express written consent.
11. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to:
Use the Website for any fraudulent, unlawful, or illegal activity.
Host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, or share any information that belongs to another person to which you do not have rights.
Upload files containing viruses, corrupted files, or malware that may damage the operation of the Website.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of the Website.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Abishaa, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Website or products purchased from it. In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product in question.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Website, or products sold shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts situated in New Delhi, India.
14. Grievance Redressal Mechanism
In compliance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, we have appointed a Grievance Officer to address consumer complaints.
